Product obtained by pulping and freeze-drying pitaya pulp (Hylocereus undatus), followed by milling and sieving to standardize particle size and produce a fine powder. The entire supply chain is certified organic (EU and NOP). No preservatives or additives are added. Low moisture content and laminated packaging ensure stability and an extended shelf life, preserving the product’s nutritional and sensory characteristics.

USE
Suitable for direct consumption or as an ingredient in food, beverage, and supplement formulations—including juices, smoothies, functional beverages, shakes, yogurts and other dairy products, ice cream, desserts, jams, bakery products, confectionery, breakfast cereals, cereal and protein bars, nutritional supplements, powdered mixes, and various culinary applications. Pitaya powder is also widely used as a natural source of color and flavor in food formulations. The product may be reconstituted with water, juice, or other beverages, or incorporated directly into formulations, depending on the desired application and concentration.
PACKAGING AND PALLETIZING
The product is packed in 20 kg high-barrier laminated bags (PE/PA + metallized BOPET), properly sealed to ensure moisture protection, and subsequently placed in cardboard boxes for transportation and storage. The individual packages are subsequently placed into cardboard boxes for transportation and storage, with dimensions of 50 x 20 x 40 cm.
The boxes are arranged on pallets measuring 1.20 x 1.00 m, according to the shipping method.
Air and Maritime shipment: pallets are arranged with 6 x 5 boxes per layer, totaling 30 boxes and a total net weight of 600 kg per pallet.
The cargo arrangement is performed to ensure load stability, protection, and integrity of the packaging throughout transportation and storage operations.
TRANSPORT, STORAGE AND CONSERVATION
The product must be transported in a clean, dry, closed box-type vehicle and must not be transported together with toxic products. Any damaged packaging that allows the access of contaminating agents to the product will result in the loss of product warranty.
For proper storage, the product must be kept in its original packaging, in a cool, clean, and dry environment, away from chemicals and cleaning products. Direct sunlight and heat sources should be avoided. After opening, reseal tightly, protect from moisture and use as soon as practicable.
